Shipping Policy
1. Are there any shipping charges?
No shipping charges if you have placed an order of above Rs 1000. Rs.70 shipping charges are added if ordered amount is less than Rs 1000. 3% of total amount will be added if you have placed a cash on delivery (COD) order.
2. What if I receive a damaged product?
We never dispatch any damaged or punctured product. Also, we ensure proper packaging and stuffing of the box so that it is safe while in transit. Besides this, if you ever receive a damaged product, kindly raise it to us with proper images, we will resolve the issue within 1-2 business days.
3. What if I receive short expiry/expired product?
We perform regular Quality Check of the products and ensure that you never receive any expired product.
4. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Our warehouses are located in Delhi and Noida and we ship to 17000+ pin codes all over India from our warehouses. We take 1 business day to deliver for Delhi-NCR(Delhi, Gurgram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad) and 4-5 business days for other locations.
